REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and chargeback-related matters are handled by RBPSLIMITESS LTD.

This policy applies to all customers purchasing services directly through the website or via personalized quotations.


2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason.


3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted if:

  • the withdrawal request is made within the statutory 14-day period; and

  • the service has not yet started.


4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

No refund shall be issued where:

  • the customer expressly requested the immediate execution of the service;

  • the service has been partially or fully delivered;

  • the customer acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal once execution began.

These exceptions are compliant with Regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


5. Refund Procedure

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact RBPSLIMITESS LTD prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unjustified or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • suspension of services;

  • refusal of future orders;

  • submission of supporting evidence to the payment processor.
