2. Services Offered
RBPSLIMITESS LTD provides professional services in accordance with its registered activity (SIC Code 96090 – Other service activities not elsewhere classified).
The nature, scope, content, timeline, and deliverables of each service are:

specified in a personalized quotation issued to the customer.
3. Order Process and Contract Formation
Customers may place an order in one of the following ways:

Direct online order via the website checkout system; or
-
Custom order by email, by contacting contact@rbpslimitessltd.store, after which a personalized quotation may be issued.
A binding contract is formed only when:

the customer confirms the order or accepts the quotation; and
-
payment has been successfully processed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Prices and Currency
Prices are primarily displayed in British Pounds (GBP).
Depending on customer preference or geographic location, payments may also be processed in United States Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR).
Any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or intermediary fees applied by the payment provider remain the responsibility of the customer.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers. RBPSLIMITESS LTD does not store complete payment card information.
We reserve the right to suspend or delay service delivery until payment is fully received and verified.
6. Delivery and Service Execution
Service execution or delivery begins within five (5) days following order confirmation.
Depending on the nature of the service, technical requirements, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to twenty (20) days.
Customers will be informed of any significant delay where reasonably possible.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
8. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify RBPSLIMITESS LTD of their decision by a clear written statement, sent to:
If the service has not yet begun, all payments received will be refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method.
9. Services Started During the Withdrawal Period
If the customer expressly requests that service execution begin during the withdrawal period, they agree to pay a proportionate amount for services already performed up to the date of cancellation.
Where the service has been fully performed with the customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment, the right of withdrawal is lost.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
No refund will be granted if:

the service has been fully delivered;

execution began at the customer’s express request; or

the customer acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights relating to methodologies, tools, processes, templates, and know-how remain the exclusive property of RBPSLIMITESS LTD.
Upon full payment, the customer may receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials solely for their intended lawful purpose.
12. Customer Obligations
Customers agree to:

provide accurate and complete information;

cooperate in good faith during service execution;

refrain from using the services for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
Delays caused by missing or inaccurate customer information may extend delivery timelines.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBPSLIMITESS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Force Majeure
RBPSLIMITESS LTD shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, supplier issues, or governmental actions.
15. Amendments to the Terms
RBPSLIMITESS LTD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
